What can I do to improve the video in PC Player?

Set the quality (resolution) smaller to get smoother video.  As you reduce the quality, the image will get less sharp, but most people find this less objectionable than problems with smoothness.

How do I get the Vulkano Player to work with Sprint 4G phones?

I would like to be able to access my Blast device at home from a vacation home. Is there a Vulkano player that would work with Roku player or Apple TV or any other media streaming device other than a PC?

We don’t offer a player for Apple TV or the Roku box.

You can get another Vulkano Blast (or Lava) and use the “Watch Remote TV” feature to output the streamed video from your home to a TV set using composite, component, or HDMI.  Or, you could use the iPad player to connect.  But as far as a device which will put the streamed video onto a TV, today the Vulkano Lava or Blast are the only options.

Is there a Vulkano player available for me to install on my HP Touchpad tablet? It sure works great on my Droid 2 phone.

Given the limited installed base of HP Touchpads, we are not currently planning to develop a Vulkano Player for it.

Do you offer a player for the Logitech Revue?

Given the small installed base of this product, we are not planning to develop a player for it.  You might wish to ask Logitech.  If they contacted us we might enable them to offer one.

We are not planning to deliver an Android player for Hava, which was discontinued about two years ago. The Vulkano Android player available at the Android Marketplace has been tested with the Samsung Galaxy tab and works fine with Vulkano.

On all players, you need to enter the Vulkano name and password which you entered when you ran the setup.

On my Mobile app it asks me for name and password. What do I put?

You should enter the Vulkano name and password which you entered when setting up your Vulkano.  The same password is used to enable the PC and Mac Setup Wizards.

Yes we do.  Please look for the Vulkano Player in the Android Market.  There is a free version that works with older models (Pro, Deluxe) and a paid version ($12.99) that works with current generation (2012) Flow, Lava, and Blast.
